Anyone who has, once was or still is a child knows that a day or skiing isn't always fun as a kid. Heavy shoes you can barely walk in, heavy skis you can’t carry properly with ski gloves – and unwieldy poles tucked under your arms. It’s a good thing there are Alpina helmets (with and without visor) and goggles that fit the head comfortably, are well ventilated and have lenses that don't mist up. Better still, there are Alpina back protectors that are actually comfortable to wear. With this sort of equipment, life as an up-and-coming freerider isn’t so hard. In fact, it makes skiing fun. Every day.
